Product Backlog

The agile product backlog in Scrum is a prioritized list of work and estimates for the development team that is derived from the client requirements. The product backlog will grow and change as more is known about the product features and requirements. The backlog items are discussed, reviewed, and prioritized by the Product owner. The items at the top of the backlog are "ready" for delivery.
